Frequently Asked Questions

How do I register for a tournament?

Your tournament organiser will share a registration link or a direct invite. Click the link, create a player account if you don't already have one, and follow the on-screen steps to complete your entry.

How does score entry work?

Courts are assigned a PIN or QR code by the organiser. Open the court page on any mobile device, enter the PIN, and submit scores after each game. Scores are reflected in standings in real time.

I made a mistake entering a score. What do I do?

Contact your tournament organiser directly — they have the ability to correct scores from the tournament management dashboard.

Why can't I see my match on the schedule?

Schedules are published by the organiser. If you don't see your match yet, the draw may not have been finalised. Check back later or contact the organiser for confirmation.

How are pool standings calculated?

Standings are determined first by wins, then by sets won/lost ratio, then by points won/lost ratio. The exact tie-breaker rules may vary by tournament — check with your organiser.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

On the sign-in page, click "Forgot password" and enter your registered email address. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes.

Can I use Shuttle Bracket for sports other than badminton?

Shuttle Bracket is designed specifically for badminton club tournaments. While the core pool and scheduling mechanics may work for similar racquet sports, the platform is optimised for badminton disciplines (MS, WS, MD, WD, XD).

I'm an organiser — how do I create a new tournament?

Sign in with your organiser account and click "New tournament" from the Tournaments page. You'll be guided through setting up disciplines, entering player registrations, generating pools, and building a court schedule.
